Recent experience includes advising:

Ensuring compliance of clients with various business activities with personal data protection regulations, including preparation of the necessary internal acts depending on the type of entities and categories of personal data, the number, type, and complexity of processing operations;

Advising clients regarding the new Rulebook on the Security of Personal Data Processing (“Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia” No. 266/2024);

Preparing data protection impact assessments, data risk assessments, records of processing activities, and other necessary acts depending on the established personal data processing operations for a large number of clients;

Preparing the necessary documents for the purpose of notifying about the transfer of personal data, including obtaining authorization from the Personal Data Protection Agency;

Reviewing contracts concluded between personal data controllers and processors, as well as contracts concluded between two controllers or between processors of personal data;

Experience with submitting notifications of personal data breaches to the Personal Data Protection Agency.
